  • One table spoon of lavender
  • One table spoon of oregano

  • A large bowl

  • Take a large bowl with little amount of water in it and boil it for few minutes.
  • Remove it from the heat and place it on flat surface. Now add all herbs in it and stir it well.
  • Cover the bowl by placing lid on it for 1-2 minutes.

What You Need To Do

  • Check the temperature of the steam by removing lid on it and make sure it isn’t too hot for your face.
  • Cover your head with a towel and lean over the pot by creating a tent by not allowing the air to escape.
  • Slowly inhale the steam for 10 minutes, try to breathe in and out through the nose to loosen the congestion.

Once finished, throw out the liquid herbs and do not reuse it. Thoroughly wash the pot and rinse your face with apple cider vinegar mixed with equal quantity of water to remove anything that loosens from the pores of your skin.
