Why is it Bad to Eat a lot of Sugar?
Sugar is really bad for your health because, it contains lots of calories. If you are having diabetes or diabetes condition, then sugar will increase your blood sugar & your triglycerides. Ultimately leaving you at risk for heart diseases.
Sugar is the generic name for sweet. Sugar contains a lot of calories with no essential nutrients, for this reason they have been called “empty calories”. There are no proteins, essential fats, vitamins, or minerals in sugar. Sugar is delicious, but in copious amount it can be really bad for your health.
Reasons to Cut off Sugar from your Diet
Here are some of the reasons why you should avoid having sugar on a regular basis.
1 Tiredness & Lack of Energy
A constant feeling of tiredness or fatigue is mainly caused due to too much sugar in your diet.
These foods give you carbohydrates boost and led a feeling of increased energy. If you feel really tired, you need to check your diet whether it contains high amount of sugar.
2 Sugar / Carb Cravings
If your daily meals or snacks contains high amount of sugar, it means you are addicted to sugar. Mostly sugar foods are addictive.
If you can’t bear a moment without crabs, you could be in throes of a deep addictive of sugar.
3 Frequent Cold & Flu
If you feel like you are falling ill, the main reason is having excessive amount of sugar in your diet. If every virus finds you and makes you sick, it is because of the penchant for sugary treats. If you consume sugar daily in your diet, it can weaken your immune system and make the natural ability of the body to fight against flu.
4 The Brain Get’s Foggy, (Especially after a Meal)
Fog is common symptom of low blood sugar. If you take large amount of sugar, your blood sugar levels rapidly rise & fall. Poor control of blood sugar is a major risk for cognitive issues.

Taking too much sugar basically bombards your taste buds. When your taste bud needs a lot of sugar to feel like something is sweet enough, it can be hard to lower your base level. You might even start to feel like things are too sweet for you.

When we eat sugar, it has inflammatory effects on our body. So, it can also contribute to inflammatory skin problems.
If you find anything on your skin like acne, eczema or oiliness, dryness etc. you should cut sugar from your diet. Too much sugar consumption also cause to adrenal fatigue.
